1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your print or garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund.

2. Sizing & Apparel Exchanges

Please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering. If you need assistance with an unworn, unwashed apparel exchange, reach out to our team within 14 days of receipt.

3. How to Request Help
